We take pride in our liners and your satisfaction. We strive to make durable, versatile, long-lasting liners for all your adventuring needs. We are a small company of locals working together as a team in a safe, comfortable environment, embodying community.

What are my shipping options? All packages shipped to continental U.S. addresses will be shipped UPS Ground or United States Postal Service, depending on the carrier chosen at checkout, unless expedited shipping is requested. Depending on the time of year and the carrier, shipping times and routes do vary widely. We ship to customers in Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Service generally takes 5-7 business days but this cannot be guaranteed. Once the package leaves our hands, it is subject to the discretion of the postal service.

What is the warranty? Kathy’s Journey Designs offers a Free Lifetime Warranty on our Cordura products. If the fabric, stitching, or zippers ever fail in any way, we will repair or replace the item (at our discretion) for as long as you own the product. It is our discretion as to whether the item will be repaired or replaced. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your purchase or for clarification.

What if I want to place a custom order? Understandably, Kathy’s quality is unbeatable. We have undertaken custom orders in the past, but it is Kathy herself who lovingly designs, cuts, and crafts these orders. Availability for custom orders is at her discretion. Please reach out to us via phone or email with any questions you may have!

What are the returns and cancellation terms and conditions? We gladly accept returns on all unused products. For both Warranty and Returns issues, please contact us prior to returning the item.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or error. A 50% restocking fee could be applied upon return at management’s discretion. Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. Custom orders are non-cancellable unless you notify us before the cover is put into production. Therefore, it is in your best interest to clarify all details about your vehicle, seat, and the materials desired.

What is Cordura fabric? 10000 denier Cordura® Nylon is a stylish, durable, lightweight fabric resistant to tears, scuffs, and abrasions. It is designed to last. Cordura® is 100% water-resistant and non-porous. The water beads up and rolls off. Cordura® is also self-extinguishing and will not act as an accelerant in a fire.

What days are you open? Our team is on-site Monday through Friday from eight a.m. to four p.m. Any orders that are placed after noon will likely be shipped the following day. We do not work or check messages on weekends, so be aware that any questions you have will be answered at our availability as quickly as possible.

How soon will I get my liners? That depends on you! We cannot guarantee shipping delivery, so if you need your liner for an amazing trip sooner instead of later, please consider choosing expedited shipping at checkout. Once the liners are shipped, we cannot guarantee or control the route they will take to reach you or the delivery time. Please leave extra time, especially with USPS. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped out on Monday morning. Also, remember to put your email address in when placing your order, so that you get real-time tracking updates sent straight to your inbox!
