What are my shipping options? All packages shipped to continental U.S. addresses will be shipped UPS Ground or United States Postal Service, unless expedited shipping is requested. It can take up to 8 days to deliver your custom seat covers once they are produced depending on location and time of the year. We ship to customers in Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand via the United States Postal Service or DHL. Service there normally takes 5-7 days.
What is the warranty? Kathy’s Journey Designs offers a Free Lifetime Warranty on all our products. If the fabric, stitching, or zippers ever fail in any way, we will repair or replace the item (at our discretion) for as long as you own the product. It is our discretion as to whether the item will be repaired or replaced. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your recent purchase.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or error. A 50% restocking fee could be applied upon return at management’s discretion. What is Cordura fabric? 100% Waterproof Cordura® Nylon is a stylish, durable, lightweight fabric resistant to tears, scuffs, and abrasions. It is designed to last. Cordura® is 100% water proof and non-porous. The water beads up and rolls off. Cordura® is also self-extinguishing and will not act as an accelerant in a fire.
